Gýgagjá
The Gýgagjá Cave at the base of the southwestern slope of Hjörleifshöfði Hill is currently better known by its nickname, Yoda’s Cave. To many, it resembles the famous space peace warrior.
Gýgagjá is located 15 kilometers east of Vík í Mýrdal at the base of Hjörleifshöfði, right next to the ocean beach in the middle of southern Iceland.
