Uxafótafoss is a 45-meter-high cascading waterfall on the relatively small Uxafótarlækur river. You can find it about 2 kilometers east of the town Vík í Mýrdal. While Uxafótafoss may deserve a brief stop among avid waterfall enthusiasts, it has little chance of gaining greater popularity due to the competition from nearby major attractions.
