Ingvararfoss

Ingvararfoss is an overlooked waterfall on the Skjálfandafljót river, situated between its more famous waterfalls, Aldeyjarfoss and Hrafnabjargafoss. You can reach it by walking about 10 minutes upstream from Aldeyjarfoss. You might also spot a frog here that waited so long for the right moment to jump across the river that it turned to stone.
