Parking lot near the bridge named Kattarhryggur (Cat’s Spine), which was one of the first concrete bridges in Iceland. The road on which it is built is one of the earliest, possibly the very first paved road leading to Reykjavik. Nearby, there is one of Iceland’s (thousands of) unnamed waterfalls.
About 10 kilometers north along the Ring Road from the Grábrók crater or the Glanni waterfall.
