Klasar

Klasar are interesting lava pillars in the area of the Kálfaströnd bay in the eastern part of Lake Mývatn. From the parking lot, you can reach the pillars in about 15 minutes on an easy walk. It is a very beautiful and geologically interesting place that crowds of tourists have not yet reached, which is unique in this area.
