Stakkatorfa og Stakkar

Stakkatorfa and Stakkar are two rocky islets located at the very end of the Rauðanes peninsula. You can find them near the famous rock formation Gatastakkur, roughly halfway along a beautiful coastal hiking trail where you can see several such formations.

It takes about an hour to reach this spot from the parking lot, depending on your pace. Given the scenic views and very easy terrain, this location is suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
