Múlagljúfur is a beautiful canyon in South east Iceland. Thanks to its combination of relatively easy access and not to be so known, this area can offer you really unique experience. There are two waterrfalls falling into the canyon – Hangandifoss and Múlafoss.
How to find the Múlagljúfur canyon:
Múlagljúfur is situated in South east Iceland 5 kilometers Fjallsárlón and/or 15 kilometers west from Jökulsárlón. You can park your park here (GPS: 63.992864, -16.434296) and then go for a 45 minutes trip up into the nature. Hop over the creek and you are here.
