Hestavaðsfoss
Hestavaðsfoss, following the famous Skógafoss, is the first in a series of waterfalls located upstream on the Skógá River. It is a beautiful spot, whether you are just going for a walk or making it part of the Fimmvörðuháls trek.
To get there, climb the stairs around Skógafoss, pass through the gate, and after about 100 meters, you will arrive.
