Tvísöngur

Tvísöngur is an intriguing piece of art by artist Lukas Kühne. This installation resembles a small cathedral with nave heights ranging from 2 to 4 meters, designed to resonate tones of various pitches based on traditional Icelandic five-tone harmony.

You can find Tvísöngur in the port town of Seyðisfjörður, accessible by an easy 10-minute uphill walk from the harbor. Besides the art, you can also enjoy beautiful views of the town of Seyðisfjörður and the fjord of the same name. It can be a brief stop if you visit the area or if you are waiting for the ferry.
