Peningagjá is a fissure filled with crystal-clear glacial water, which you can find in Þingvellir National Park. A pedestrian bridge leads from the nearby parking lot directly over Peningagjá, so you can enjoy the spot and look straight down at the surface of the water and beneath it.

And by the way, don’t throw any coins into the water, nature doesn’t need your money.
