A view of Egilsstaðir, the mighty Lagarfljót lake along the Seyðisfjarðarvegur road that connects the port town of Seyðisfjörður and Egilsstaðir.
There is a small parking lot and tables to sit and pause. Perhaps on your arrival in Iceland, or before your boat departs, you can sit here and enjoy the view of Iceland one last time before heading east, then down the serpentine path to the harbour and onto the boat.
