Rauðauga (Red eye) is a stunning natural phenomenonm, a spring of the Rauðufossakvísl river which will steal your heart and soul. It is strange to be here, where the water comes from the depths. You´ll be scared here but you won´t mind. Indescribable.
How to find Rauðauga:
Deep in the icelandic Central highlands, far in the hostile wild. Just go from the Rauðufossar waterfall against the stream of the Rauðufossakvísl creek for about 2,5 kilometers, cross the strange stone bridge and you´re here. Easy.
