Ljósastapi
Ljósastapi is a rock formation resembling a small elephant, best viewed from Skjólfjörur beach. Therefore, it’s no surprise that Ljósastapi is nicknamed Fillinn in Icelandic, which means little elephant.
You can find the Ljósastapi rock and Skjólfjörur beach 20 kilometers east of the town of Vopnafjörður.
