campsite Ásbrandsstaðir near the town of Vopnafjörður towards Burstafell and directly opposite the Þverárgil canyon. There is a small enclosed cooking area, seating tables, showers, and a washing machine available. Perhaps the best value for money in the campsites in Iceland.
