Háhyrna (1535 m above sea level) is located in the Sprengisandur area, its elongated ridge forming a natural and visually interesting boundary between the Tungnafellsjökull glacier and the surrounding landscape. The ascent has an elevation gain of approximately 750 meters and takes a good 4 hours, with some spots near the summit requiring increased caution.
