Many of Iceland’s named waterfalls are not very attractive. However, this waterfall on the Þingmannaá river is very attractive and interesting, yet it doesn’t have a name. You can find it on the southern coast of the Westfjords near Vatnsfjörður, not far from road no. 60, from which you need to turn onto an unpaved road. From the parking lot, it’s just a few minutes’ walk; the waterfalls are intricate, and you can approach them from many angles.
