Stykkishólmur is a charming town on the northern shore of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula by Breiðafjörður Bay. From Stykkishólmur, a ferry runs to the Westfjords, arriving at the port of Brjánslækur, with the option of stopping over on Flatey Island.
