Keflavík

Keflavík is a beautiful bay located at the southwestern tip of the Westfjords, between the Látrabjarg cliffs and Rauðisandur beach. Unlike the nearby red beach, the sand here has both light and dark colors, creating an interesting effect. The Keflavíkurá river flows into the ocean in this bay. Access to the bay is only possible by large off-road vehicles. There is also a rescue station here in case of emergency.
