Heyárfoss is approximately a 20-meter high waterfall on the Heyá River, located on the southern coast of the Westfjords, about 4 kilometers west of the village of Reykhólar. There is a signpost to the waterfall along road 607, but the path up is unmarked and not maintained, and the waterfall is 1.2 kilometers away from the road.
