Bóndavarðan

Bóndavarðan is a stone cairn, and it is believed to have been a place for watching incoming ships. You can find Bóndavarðan near the village of Djúpivogur, and it still offers beautiful views. There is also an observation deck and a directional rose nearby. You can drive almost to the top by car or walk from the village in about 10 minutes. It’s up to you.
