Blábjörg á Berufjarðarströnd
Blábjörg is a 10 million-year-old rock formation rich in chlorite, which gives it its characteristic color. Although Blábjörg means Blue Cliffs, no matter how hard I tried to see them as blue, they always appeared green. Most people simply pass by Blábjörg despite its easy accessibility. That’s a shame, and you could be the one to discover whether the Blábjörg rocks are blue or green.
