Sjávarfoss is a smaller waterfall on the Langá á Mýrum River, located 6 kilometers northwest of Borgarnes along road number 54.
The waterfall is notable for flowing into a bay that is already part of the ocean. This makes it one of the few instances where a waterfall flows directly into the sea. However, unlike some dramatic drops from high cliffs, this spectacle is less striking due to its modest height.
