Landbrotalaug

Landbrotalaug—a geothermal pool with a pleasant temperature of 36°-40°C—awaits your arrival on the Snaefellsness Peninsula. The approach is easy, and there’s a new, spacious parking area. Beautiful nature is almost a given in Iceland, and you’ll see a crater named Eldborg.

From Road 54, turn off at this location (64.833899, -22.290660) onto an unpaved path. After about 300 meters, turn left and you’re almost at the parking lot, from which it’s just a few steps on foot to the thermal bath at Landbrotalaug (though sometimes the terrain can be a bit rough).
