Biskupsfell

Biskupsfell is a 1228-meter-high mountain in the Kverkfjöll area. You can reach the summit from the Sigurðarskáli mountain hut. No section is dangerous and climbing is not required, but good fitness is necessary as you will be moving through inhospitable terrain. You can choose to make the route circular, and after descending from the summit of Biskupsfell, return to Sigurðarskáli via the southern route. In this variant, the last section of the path will be the same as F902. Such a trek will take you about 5 hours, and you can make the journey to Biskupsfell more interesting with a relatively easy climb to Vikisfell. The entire trail is about 8 kilometers with an elevation gain of 400 meters.
