Valahnúkur is a mountain in the Þórsmörk area, renowned for its stunning views and made famous by countless photographs taken from its summit. The hike to the top is not difficult, and the views of the Þórsmörk valley, the nearby Eyjafjallajökull glacier, and the wild Krossá river flowing below are absolutely breathtaking.
