A saxá is a rock formation where water bursts out like a geyser during a swell. To fully appreciate the beauty and uniqueness of this place, you need very rough seas.
Saxá is located near the farm Lönd in Stöðvarfjörður, in the East Fjords region, about 3 kilometers east of Stöðvarfjörður.
