Ófeigsfjörður campsite

Far on the eastern shores of the Strandir region and not far from the end of the Icelandic world, you’ll find this lovely campsite. And for the price, it’s hard to beat. Nearby, you’ll find the interesting Húsárfoss waterfall, and if you ford the river (whether by car or on foot), you can explore places that many tourists do not visit.

This campsite is located almost at the very end of road F649, just before the ford (which you likely won’t want to drive through with your car).
