Nauthúsafoss

Nauthúsafoss is a waterfall on the Nauthúsá River and marks the beginning of the Nauthúsagil canyon. The best views of the waterfall are from the top of the canyon, which can be reached from the parking lot in about 15 minutes on foot.

The more adventurous can head to the bottom of the waterfall through the canyon, which involves wading through the river and climbing a roughly 2-meter high rock face with the help of a chain.
