Faxi (or Vatnsleysufoss) is smaller waterfall on the Tungufljót river. It is lesser known part of the Golden Circle, but with little chance to compete with attraction as is the famous Geysir or the Gullfoss waterfall. But unlike by these attractions you wont be surrounded by thousands of people.

Faxi is close to the road nr. 35, 8 kilometers (5 miles) North East of Reykholt.
